Reservation Policies

• Our rates are double based.
• Extra person will cost.
• Children under 11 years old free of charge sharing room with adults.
• 4 people maximum in the room (including children);
• Check-in: Starting at 3:00 pm; Check-out: 1:00 pm
• Rate in Mexican pesos with taxes included.
• Rooms for people with special requests; (entrance before check in, special room for people with disabilities, etc.) will be subject to availability.
• Unsecured (paid) reservations will be canceled at 5 pm.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Free of charge when canceled 48 hours in advance.
• 50% charge of one night if canceled 24 hours before arrival.
• One night charge if canceled within 24 hours before arrival (NO SHOW)
